The full Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Wednesday declined to rehear the case of a McKinney woman seeking compensation after a SWAT team destroyed her home in 2020.
Vicki Baker said the cops used a small bomb to blow her garage door off and caused $60,000 in damages to her home in McKinney, Texas.
In Wednesday's ruling, federal Judge Allen Winsor wrote that Disney fell short of proving the retaliation claim.
