Print Longtime Escondido City Attorney Jeffery Epp has unanimously been named city manager of Escondido, the City Council announced at its Wednesday meeting. Epp replaces Graham Mitchell, who served as city manager for just over a year until resigning for personal reasons in October. Mitchell stayed on until early March at the council’s request.
