December 23, 2020 A Michigan man was killed after colliding with a semi-truck south of Riggins Tuesday along U.S. Highway 95. Idaho State Police say 43-year-old Jeffrey Barks of St. Clair, Michigan, was traveling north in a Ford pickup truck pulling a 15-foot trailer, when his vehicle crossed to the centerline and collided head-on with a southbound semi-truck driven by 33-year-old Jonathan Hunter of Middleton, Idaho.
