Evergreen Cooperatives buys LEFCO; employee ownership ahead | Crain's Cleveland Business
In early April, Cleveland-based Evergreen Cooperatives bought the assets of LEFCO Worthington, also based in Cleveland. This was the fifth transaction for Evergreen's Fund for Employee Ownership, which buys companies and helps them transition to an employee-owned model.
