The Times-Mail BEDFORD — The Indiana State Police say an investigation has led to the arrest of four Bedford men for thefts of catalytic converters, utility trailers, an ATV and tools in the area. According to a news release, ISP troopers, working with Bedford Police, Lawrence County Police and Indiana Conservation officers, compiled information on the thefts, and one trooper even saw one of the suspects driving around Lawrence County with the stolen ATV in the back of his truck.
