It seems everyone has their own spin on those instructions. Question though: Are we expected to follow the instructions or can we use our own method? DanAyo Bake as you please. I'm sure we can all benefit from helpful variations. I bake this bread all of the time. At times I've gotten somewhat sacrilegious. I often don't take time to toast the seeds and have omitted the soaker entirely with good result...
