Initially the alleged squatter said that he was a 'legal tenant', forcing police to arrest the homeowner instead for changing the locks as he pushed his way inside.
Brian Rodriguez, 35, faces a litany of charges after allegedly squatting in Adele Andaloro's Queens home. Andaloro was arrested earlier this year for changing the locks.
