Hauk have petitioned the City Council of the City of Ethan, Davison County, South Dakota to vacate the portion of the alley right-of-way located within the City of Ethan, Davison County with the same being described as the following: Alley lying between Lots One (1) and Two (2) and Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), all in Block Three (3), Joseph Scheich’s Addition to the Town of Ethan, Davison County, South Dakota. The petitioners are the sole owners of the real property abutting the aforementioned street.
