Robertet Group acquires fragrance and flavor mfg company Sonarome, ET Retail
This is the company’s 6th acquisition in the last 5 years. Robertet is a family-owned fragrance, flavour and ingredient company with a presence in more than 50 countries. Bruhat declined to share the financial details of the deal. However, he said that with this acquisition the fragrance and flavor major will target a turnover of 80 to 100 million euros from the India business.
