With $4.3 million purchase, large West Hartford senior living community changes hands twice in seven months
A grand 320,874-square-foot former Catholic school turned senior living home in West Hartford has sold for the second time in seven months. Lloyd Jones LLC., a Miami-based investor in assisted living facilities and multifamily housing, paid $4.3 million for the building on 10 acres at 1 Hamilton Heights Drive in a sale recorded July 11. The seller, Syracuse-based Peregrine Senior Living, acquired the property for $4.9 million in a sale recorded Dec. 17.
