During virtual court proceedings held in Texas’s 394th Judicial District Court of Brewster, Culberson, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis and Presidio Counties, one lawyer failed to realize he was speaking while using a kitten filter on Zoom. The lawyer, Rod Ponton, can be viewed in the bottom right of the screen with the face of a sad feline whose countenance remains still as his eyes move. After being told by the presiding judge, Roy Ferguson, that he has his video filter settings turned on, Ponton can abashedly be heard acknowledging his dilemma on the other side. ....
