Generally, they found, the answer is yes, particularly with respect to improved equipment compliance, more "durable" than improvements in driver behavior, as it were. That is, owner-operator and fleet investment in equipment in anticipation of Roadcheck and other events proves longer-lasting in the numbers than any changes in driving behaviors that are measurable.
