Dover plans Town Meeting for May 1 -- outdoors             Residents will convene on May 1 at 10 a.m. at Nora Searle Field.             Town Administrator Chris Dwelley had recommended an outdoor venue to Town Meeting given the still-tenuous situation around the coronavirus pandemic.             “The COVID situation is still fluid,” said Selectwoman Robyn Hunter during the Board of Selectmen’s meeting on Feb. 25.
