Mar 9, 2021 Mr. Douglas Clyde Phillips, 73, a resident of Montrose Teter Creek Lake Community and more recently a resident of the West Virginia Caring Hospice Center in Elkins, departed this life Saturday March 6, 2021, at the care facility. Death was following a period of declining health. He was born Dec. 1, 1947, at the Teter Creek Lake Community, a son of the late Osler Brant Edna Johnson Phillips.
