Linda A. Hoblitzell Linda A. Hoblitzell, 80, of Parkersburg, died on March 31, 2021, peacefully in her home surrounded by her family. Born in La Crosse, Wisconsin she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Oscar William Gaarder. Raised in Madison, Wisconsin, she graduated from Madison West High School in 1958 then attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and went on to receive her BS in Elementary Education from West Virginia University.
