Cynthia Rose ‘Cindy’ White SEAFORD — Cynthia Rose “Cindy” White passed away peacefully in her home Friday, Jan. 29, 2021, at the young age of 55 after her battle with cancer. Born in San Antonio, Texas, she grew up in North Little Rock, Arkansas, where she met Alford M. “Alf” White III. They married in 1992 after knowing each other for just three months. They spent 28 loving years together. They moved to Virginia in 2004 when Alf was transferred to Langley AFB. She supported him for 16 of his 21 years serving in the U.S. Air Force.
