WESTMINSTER — A local farmer has received the ultimate “stamp” of approval. Jody Jess, whose family has owned the Buck Hill Homestead Farm for generations, recently had her idea for a postage stamp approved by the United States Postal Service. The Heritage Breeds Commemorative Forever Stamp will go on sale at post offices across the country on May 17.
