Stanley Black & Decker Names Joe Simms Chief Diversity Officer Published 03-15-21 Stanley Black & Decker today announced that it has named Joe Simms Chief Diversity Officer. In this role, Simms will champion a broad approach to diversity, equity and inclusion to accelerate company performance, optimize organizational culture, enhance transparency and strengthen accountability.
