The City of North Little Rock announced the opening of the top loop in Burns Park on Thursday as the area recovers from the March tornado.

North Little Rock cleared enough debris in Burns Park to open its youth baseball fields last week. But most of Burns Park -- one of the largest municipal parks in the nation -- remains closed to the public in the aftermath of the March 31 tornado that swept through parts of Arkansas, including North Little Rock.
