A Pearland resident is sentenced to 40 years in prison for soliciting sexually explicit photos and videos from from children. Law enforcement says Andrew Joel Galvan victimized 10 young girls, all under the age of 12.
Authorities said the 27-year-old admitted to portraying himself as a 13, 14 or 15-year-old boy and targeting girls between the ages of 8 and 13 on social media. He also admitted to sending these children pictures of his private parts.
