Council votes to buy parking lot next to Terrebonne Government Tower Terrebonne Parish will buy a parking lot at the corner of Barrow and Main Streets next to the Government Tower. The parish currently leases the land, which contains 30 parking spaces, from HTV owner Martin Folse for about $42,000 a year.
