The Grant of $6040, while small by comparison to others awarded to larger venues, will help the Vienna Union Hall to keep operating after having to shut down in 2020 because of the pandemic. Vienna hall to reopen with fundraising concert Share VIENNA— The Vienna Union Hall at 5 Vienna Mountain Road is to reopen Saturday, July 31, after missing the 2020 season because of the coronavirus. The 7 p.m. show will be a fundraising concert featuring John Archard and the Hiram Knightly Band. Tickets will be available at the door with the suggested donation of $12. Because of the coronavirus all attendees must be fully vaccinated, or masks are required.
