Ten year old girl passes away after car crash, hospital care
A ten-year-old girl passed away over the weekend after a car crash at the end of March put her in the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Ten-year-old Penny and her father, David Pizarro, were on their way to Penny's school when John Bearden Jr. stole a state SUV, ran a stop sign, and crashed into their car.
