James K. Reiley POTTSVILLE â A Pottsville man charged with assaulting a registered nurse at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Schuylkill S. Jackson Street on Sept. 22 appeared for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge James K. Reiley. Cornell B. Randall, 18, of 820 Mahantongo St., was arrested by Pottsville police Patrolman Anna Flail and charged with one count each of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment.
