BILLERICA — The spring Town Meeting concluded late Thursday after two days of voting and debate, with Day 2 centering around Community Preservation funds, affordable housing, budget submission guidelines and a public meeting recording policy.

BILLERICA — Town Meeting representatives will vote on 36 articles including the budget, Community Preservation funds and recording public meetings at the spring Town Meeting on Tuesday in the Town Hall Auditorium.
