After cracking jokes to travel advisors at CruiseWorld, the NCL sales exec turned serious. "Our ultimate goal is really to become the easiest brand that you work with," he said.
Cruise lines and travel agencies have seen an uptick in bookings from single travelers, leading more lines to build or designate cabins specifically for guests traveling alone.
Lahaina Harbor in Maui, where dozens of cruise ships are scheduled to call this fall, is closed indefinitely.
The need for new advisors was a hot topic on Tuesday during ASTA's Travel Industry Forecast at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.
