Port Richey finalizes contract with new city manager John Dudte will begin work in January.   Published Dec. 23, 2020 Port Richey City Council unanimously approved the contract for their new city manager, John Dudte, earlier this month. He will begin work on January 18. Dudte, currently the city administrator of Chapman, Kan., will earn an annual salary of $120,000. He also will receive $9,000 in relocation compensation and a $300 monthly vehicle allowance, according to the contract.
