Family of Rhyl father killed by asbestos cancer launch appeal for help
John Edwin Jones, of Rhyl, was diagnosed with mesothelioma in June 2018. A terminal cancer of the lining of the lungs, mesothelioma is most commonly associated with exposure to asbestos, often decades previously. He died two months later. John’s family instructed lawyers at Irwin Mitchell to investigate where his exposure could have occurred. John had advanced dementia at the time of his diagnosis and was not able to provide any information about his asbestos exposure.
