Are Dangerous Buildings but they didnt say it was a dangerous building. But the code allows there are exceptions for the building under livework, under the provisions of livework. We used it when there was lofts built in the city, it has been used before. There are some differences in a new building versus an existing building. In answer to your question, is it a dangerous building, i cant say that. And i personally have never been to the building. Thank you.
