Loren Faulkner vandalized 18 locations in Portsmouth during one night in February with messages and symbols of hate, according to Attorney General John Formella.
The teen allegedly defaced 18 businesses, houses of worship, and residences around Portsmouth with swastikas and other hateful symbols.
The vandalism left the normally quiet community shaken.
The civil complaint also alleges the same suspect damaged property in 2022 with hateful actions as well.
