Duncaster names Papa as president and CEO
Kelly Smith Papa, who has served as interim chief executive officer of Bloomfield nonprofit Duncaster Retirement Community since July, has assumed the titles of CEO and president permanently, company officials announced Monday. Papa took over leadership of the organization on an interim basis following the retirement of longtime president Michael O’Brien. She had previously served as Duncaster’s vice president of strategy and community life.
