According to the report, the 61-year-old former school principal, who is now set in a runoff election Tuesday, had been arrested for domestic violence against her husband about four years ago. The report described Fields in an irate state, having “intentionally hit” her husband, Francis Fields, and “picked the computer up and threw it outside, breaking it some more.” She also was charged with malicious mischief.
