A very warm welcome to the program. One of the most notorious killers of apartheid era south Africa Eugene de kock, has been granted parole after 20 years in prison. He was nicknamed prime evil after his killings in the 1980s and early 1990s. The Prime Minister said that de kock was being released in the interest of nation building.
