The world a safer place? hi, everybody. welcome to forbes on fox. here with us is elizabeth mcdonald. along with rick unger and john tandy. rich, had the administration's policies made the world safer? i will say that aid and trade as practiced by since every administration has been good for global peace, globally speaking. we have not had a world war since the 1940s. what preceded was a global trade war. i personally like to see more trade. i don't think the obama administration can take credit for this.
