Standing on the overpass at University Avenue just before 76 west blowing Railroad Spikes over the over pass were told that police found six of the Railroad Spikes on the road. Four cars were hit. Fortunately none of the drivers inside the car were seriously hurt but as you can imagine just a very scary thing as you look at some of those spikes driven right into the windshield of a car.
