A NEW town clerk has been announced for Royal Wootton Bassett. It comes as Johnathan Bourne retired after 32 years but now Stephen Nash will be taking the reins in February. He's been the clerk at Fawley Parish Council, Ringwood Town Council and Swanley Town Council. Having previously served in the army with posting in Wiltshire he's happy to be coming back.
