A 20-year-old man accused of shooting and killing a person Tuesday night at a Surf Style store in Clearwater, Florida, was arrested Wednesday evening, police say.
The police chief of Clearwater announced a second arrest stemming from the deadly surf shop shooting during spring break. He also said it appears the suspect and deceased victim - who are both locals - didn't know each other.
