Four months after evading a murder charge because the witness died in a vehicle accident, James Young is back behind bars.
Trisha Gulick, who died in a car crash in late July, had been a key part of prosecutors' case against her ex-boyfriend, James Lee Young Jr.
As of Tuesday, three of the homicide incidents (involving five victims) remained unsolved.

Young had allegedly been threatening to kill his ex-girlfriend who was seeking refuge at the residence on Commercial Street.
