Federal judge dismisses $600 million lawsuit against paper mill for decades of toxic chemical releases in Kalamazoo, Michigan
US District Judge Hala Y. Jarbou sided with Graphic Packaging International and 21 government defendants and threw out the lawsuit filed on behalf of the Northside Kalamazoo residents, who were demanding compensation for damages from decades of toxic pollution in their neighborhood.
