Man sentenced to 30 years for 2021 drive-by shooting death of St. Augustine mother

Action News Jax broke the story back in July 2021 when Harris was arrested by St. Johns County deputies in the shooting death of Shaina Armstrong. Armstrong was a 30-year-old mother of two young daughters with a third child on the way.
