Parkersburg City Council set to receive budget Tuesday | News, Sports, Jobs

At the conclusion of Tuesday’s meeting, council will resolve into the Committee of the Whole for budget hearings set to begin on Monday, March 8, with council Vice President Sharon Kuhl presiding.
