Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State has said that President Muhammadu Buhari confirmed that he fully endorses the repeated mass killings in Benue State by suspected Fulani militia going by a statement earlier released by the Presidency. Governor Ortom said this on Thursday while reacting to the statement released by Garba Shehu, the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to President Buhari, which accused Ortom of politicising the ongoing killings in the state because of his “incompetence”.
