Change over between snow, sleet and ice will happen throughout the morning and early afternoon, but by the Late Afternoon and evening all of iowa should primarily be seeing snowfall, and this is also when the heaviestnow totals will start accumulating. On top off all of this the winds will be very strong today with gusts up to 40 mph possible causing blowing snow and low visibility. Temps will hover in the low 30s during the day today, but after that we tank our temps into the mid to low 20s and even the teens by the end of the week. Lets get into the top five this morning.
