On Monday night, the council approved a 12 year 50% property tax abatement for the property at 122 W. North St. in Lima. The new owner, PLAYWITHYOURFOOD LLC, wants to invest $845,000 to renovate the Ohio Theatre and make it into a dinner theater venue, bakery/cafe, catering venue and bar.
