Jon Titus is the Sr. Organization Development Consultant at Boys Town. In this role, he leads organizational learning. He is an innovative facilitator, and he’s passionate about the doors that are opened for life-long learners. Jon served on the ATD Nebraska board of directors for six years (this is the local chapter of the Association for Talent Development). He spoke at the national ATD conference on leadership on the subject of recognition and engagement in 2012.
