The couple died at the scene. A 48 year old friend who was sitting in the back was taken to the hospital to be treated for his injuries. Hes expected to survive. Witnesses told

According to the most recent Oakland Police departments citywide crime reported yeartodate robberies have increased 33 and strongarm robberies are up. 35 Small Business owners say that increase in crime is obviously bad for their business. And thats why oakland chinatown, chamber of commerce, president carl chan is leading this oneday strike for oakland businesses who say theyve been affected by crime. A clarification from a judge about a current injunction involving sweeps of homeless encampments in San Francisco and the judge with the 9th Circuit Court of appeals says the city can sweep encampments if the unhoused person refuses shelter.
