Bradley inmate's fentanyl overdose death leads to second-degree murder charges
The TBI has charged two men in the July death of a Bradley County Jail inmate who was found unresponsive in his cell, and an autopsy confirmed he overdosed on fentanyl the two men allegedly gave him.
