Snow should begin to fall Sunday afternoon and evening as the storm moves in a northeastern direction across the state. Sunday night into the early hours of Monday morning, snow could change to a more wintery mix with sleet and rain from the coast to the I-95 corridor, before changing back into snow long-term. The snow is expected to start to taper off on Tuesday. The heaviest snowfall is still expected to occur on Monday, with some areas receiving more than an inch of accumulation an hour. While the snow may continue into Tuesday, accumulation at the time should be more limited.
