Thomas Mcinerny appeared before Worcester magistrates on May 13 where he pleaded not guilty to a single charge of riding a bicycle while unfit. The offence, alleged to have taken place on April 13 this year, saw the 58 year-old, of Wyld’s Lane, Worcester, allegedly riding a bicycle in College Street while unfit to do so through drink or drugs.
