An inquest into the death of Ruth Perry last week found that an inspection which rated her Reading school as 'inadequate' had 'likely contributed' to her suicide.
Headteacher Ruth Perry, 53, was left 'absolutely panic stricken' in the weeks following the inspection into the school last year and saw the word inadequate was repeatedly 'flashing behind my eyes'.
